All orders will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail or Evri. We aim to despatch all orders the same day we receive them (on orders placed before 14:00). 

Deliveries in the UK

UK orders less than £10. Delivery charge – £1.98. The orders will be shipped via Royal Mail; delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. This is a non-tracked service.

UK orders £10 and over. Delivery charge – FREE. The orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or Evri; delivery usually takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. This is a tracked service.

Deliveries in the US

US orders. The orders will be shipped via Royal Mail; delivery usually takes 7-9 working days from dispatch. This is a tracked service. Delivery price depends on the item weight and will be calculated in the checkout.

Item Not Received/Having an issue with an item

If for any reason you are not happy with the item you got from us or you haven't got an item, please get in touch by email: info@nbplanner.com and we'll sort out an extensive investigation in Customer Services. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any help with your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, please get in touch by email: info@nbplanner.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll be provided all the information on how to return your item. 
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

Personalised goods can only be returned if faulty. We will offer repair or replacement if practicable. A full refund would be offered if required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
